I love my solitude !

"हर तरफ, हर जगह, बेशुमार आदमी !
फिर भी तन्हाइयों का शिकार आदमी !! "

The most peaceful place is my home. For last one decade, my home is my favorite place.I came across a number of wise , learned and educated folk. All are busy with their motives. Some selfishly, Some selflessly.

Everyone is ready to advise as if i am a toddler. But aren't they aware that- "Advices are given by fools and taken by idiots ".

It is shocking to learn that that we do not know the art of living. An old adage goes thus- "Live and let live ". But do we live peacefully? Do we let others live peacefully? No, we are in a world of violence . Every second person is ready to fight.

Do we need any reason to argue or to fight? No, we can fight without a valid reason or purpose. In fact we are blessed with tremendous energy, which is not properly channelized . No one believes in conservation of energy. May be they do not know how much body fuel they are burning by arguing and fighting.

If we talk of statistics, we are spending roughly rs 5000/pm on one person. But probably we are not aware that we burn our blood many-fold costlier than the amount spent on its production.

Is their any word like 'forgiveness'?

Why do we allow our ego to rule us?

Anyways i am back in my shell, where i feel cozy and safe and at peace.

Part 1 of 2

Dearest ZEAL:

The flurry of blogs speaks greatly of the zeal, the passion, the energy, the conviction you have about yourself and your views. Mightily impressed!!

Twelfth Night, a play by Shakespeare starts with the line –

If music be the food of love, play on.

[Tujhe kyaa sunaau main dilrubaa.....]

About you, I am slightly tweaking the opening line to read –

If thoughts be the food of mind, blog on

Zmiles.

However, further in the opening stanza itself, it goes on to caution –

Give me excess of it, that, surfeiting,
The appetite may sicken, and so die.

And on a more Indian terrain, I would merrily sing at your pace –

Zaraa haule-haule chalo more saajnaa
Hum bhi pichhe hain tumhaare

You are writing blog after blog at an incredible speed and surely like me, many might be lagging in even reading them, let alone commenting on them. Zmiles. You are superlatively amazing. When you decide on something, there is such a buoyancy in you. Electrifying liveliness is sensed in whatever you do. Energy pulsates in every aspect of your endeavour.

Congratulations on your fine achievement.

This is the phase of exploration and as you progress further, dearest ZEAL, you are sure to find greater joy and that in turn will motivate you to write on all the more. My best wishes and eternal support are with you. Since, I have tremendous faith in your capacities, I have great hopes from you.

Part 2 of 2

Taking the cue from the opening sher of the beautiful ghazal and using my energies creatively, I write on –

Subah se shaam tak, bojh dhotaa huaa
Apni hi laash kaa khud mazaar aadmi

The corpse of wishes, the cadaver of hopes is often very heavy to carry. Therein is the weight of sadness, a loss of non-fulfilment, the sigh of what could have been

Har taraf bhaagte-daudte raaste
Har taraf aadmi kaa shikaar aadmi

Be it of concrete with well-paved roads or be it the woods with sandy tracks, a jungle nevertheless it is. And hounds will be always around us, looking for the unsuspecting prey to hunt or an appeasing bird to cage.

Roz jeetaa huaa, roz martaa huaa
Har naye din nayaa intezaar aadmi

Strife is the ordained fate of the seeker. There is no success without strife. It makes us value our achievements all the more. A point in case, is the number of people, dearest ZEAL, who have tried to break your morale by forcing you again and again to write in Hindi despite your repeated and clear conveyance that you prefer to write the way you do. The wait is always seen through with faith. Hope Springs Eternal.

Zindagi kaa muqaddar safar dar safar
Aakhri saans tak beqaraar aadmi

Going places, shifting cities, setting up homes just to move on some time later is all part of Our Destiny. Every place is an oasis in the vast desert over which life travels. Restlessness is the core driver of change. Aspirations make us wish for that next destination regardless of whatever we have achieved in life. Because, complacency makes us stagnant. Rather, we wish to be active and riding forth like the river all through our lives till our existence is dissolved into the vast sea of death.

Towards the conclusion of this comment, dearest ZEAL, and in conjunction of the song mentioned by you, I wish to say this –

Come, Dearest ZEAL, walk with me as I invite you to a beautiful journey with –

Aa chal ke tujhe, main le ke chaloo,
Ek aise gagan ke tale
Jahaan gam bhi naa ho, aanshoo bhi naa ho
Bas pyaar hi pyaar pale

Ek aise gagan ke tale

Arth kaa
Nat-mastak, charan sparsh

Arth ji,

@-Zaraa haule-haule chalo ..

Answer is - "Incredible Indians "

Its the zeal in me that drives me to write . I failed to do anything of substance in my life, so i opted for this last resort.

As far as the pace is concerned, the answer is..
"Jinda kaumein paanch saal tak intezaar nahi karti'

Apart from all this, who knows what future has in store. Not sure when the death will arrive. It's just a small wish to address my people and share my thoughts .

I cannot even say.."Bahut nikle mere armaa fir bhi kam nikle..."

You have not met the real Divya in me. The one you are seeing here is the defeated lady in me.

Thanks for reading me and commenting here.

Ashish ji,

I was talking about the rich Indians, who have the luxury to fight and argue n waste the precious fuel [blood]. Poor people are neck deep in debt, and struggling hard to meet the basic needs of life. They cannot afford this luxury.

Sanjeet ji,

angrezi mein likhti hun , to sab galtiyaan maaf hain.

Hindi mein likhungee to comments mein log humari grammatical mistakes batayeinge. Isliye darti hun.

Fir bhi jaldi hi ek hindi post aap padh sakenge...jo aapko samarpit hogi.

utsaah vardhan ka shukriya.

Nilesh ji,

aapne do lines padhi aur do lines likhi. uske liye aapka hriday se aabhar.

When i was studying, i found it difficult to comprehend Davidson and Hutchinson...Yet i studied....and today i'm enjoying my life for the pains i have taken in past.

" Moti to gehre pani paithne se hi milte hain"

Humare liye to aapki upasthithi hi kafi hai.

aabhaar !

Many a times we feel as noone knows us and at that time we look for our home... instead of telling everyone who am I, we opt for going back to that shell where each and every corner knows us... in the sheer darkness, we know switches to fans and bulbs.. in the sheer darkness, we can walk like walking on a known road/gali.. and thats why when we met someone who KNOWS us, we say that we are feeling homely with you...

I am discovering myself in the name of writing...

Pankaj ji,

At times the nostalgia overpowers and we are totally lost in the moments. When the noise around us become too loud we tend to look back at the cozy and comfortable shell.

Discovering ourselves is truly adventurous and thrilling. It's a nice way to know oneself through writings.
